简单介绍：
1950年，新中国刚刚成立，国民党残余特务潜伏在辽东地区，伺机破坏。安东市公安局特别行动处侦查员韩立冬在调查特务组织时，误杀了潜入敌方执行秘密任务的我方军官王守成；一心要替未婚夫王守成继续执行任务的刘玉娥不得不和韩立冬成为了搭档，一同调查潜伏在安东的敌方特务。与此同时，军统特务周春山召集骨干手下，全力实施“惊雷计划”，企图瘫痪沈安铁路线，为国民党反攻大陆做准备。中国志愿军渡过鸭绿江，打响了抗美援朝的枪声，沈安铁路成为朝鲜前线的生命线，韩立冬和周春山都意识到，围绕沈安铁路线将展开一场殊死战斗。为了执行春雷计划，周春山频频出招，轰炸电厂、爆炸隧道、用假盘尼西林妄图毒害志愿军，但是每一次危机都被韩立冬和刘玉娥为首的公安化解。而除了周春山，安东似乎还潜伏着其他派别的特务组织，这使得安东的局势更加扑朔迷离。经过一次次的生死行动，刘玉娥渐渐放下了对韩立冬的怨恨，两人之间培养出了无间的默契。却在此时，已经“死去”的王守成又突然出现，并在周春山的设计下将韩立冬牵扯进一系列的谋杀案之中，王守成究竟是敌是友？ 
